For those of you who are unfamiliar Rolfing, it is a form of bodywork that focuses on releasing the body's fascia (connective tissue) to bring a person into optimal structural alignment. Rolfing helps alleviate short-term pain as well as chronic issues and helps an individual find ease and balance within his or her body. Despite its reputation, Rolfing is NOT painful but can be deep work. Katie employs a spectrum of touch, ranging from deeper pressure to much more subtle work.
